01. The Operational Problem
Coordinating 15+ commercial EV charging stations across Nepal with manual shift handovers, untracked inventory, and paper contracts was causing communication delays and SLA slips.
02. System Architecture
Centralized platform with 465 REST endpoints, Server-Sent Events (SSE) for charger status, automated daily PDF revenue reports, and 40+ granular role permissions.
Overview
I am the sole engineer responsible for the database, APIs, dashboards, scheduled jobs, integrations, deployment, and production support. The platform brings several operational workflows into one role-controlled system for the Aircharge Nepal team.
